Hp Printer Cannot load printer software package
I just purchased the HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M281 and am now trying to install the printer driver on my laptop. As I go through the HP Easy Start steps, once it starts the download process I get the following message:
"Unable to install the software package. Check the connection and try again. I have Windows 7, but have not had any issues with prior printers (Epson WF3640 was last one). I have restarted computer. Any other suggestions?

Try downloading and installing the HP Full Feature Software and Drivers below and not through HP Easy Start and check for any difference:
Note: there are several M281 models, be sure to select the correct driver for your printer by its description, e.g. the M281fdn, M281fdw... the downloads title list the exact printer model so be sure to obtain the correct one..
