Hp printer -Printer is OFFLINE. need help?

i don't know why my printer is offline. when i right click on the printer icon in the control panel there is no option to turn it online. suggest me every possible way to turn it online.

Start Windows 7 /10 Printer is OFFLINE. need help? Hp printer 

Devices and printers
Right click your printer icon
Select see what's printing
Click on the word printer
Remove check to use Printer Offline
If above does not help, you need to reinstall the software

Start XP /10- Printer is OFFLINE. need help? Hp printer 

Settings
Printers and faxes
Left click the printer icon
Click the word printer
Remove check from use printer offline 

Hp printer Wireless Printer is OFFLINE. need help?  

Reset the IP address

Turn printer off
Reboot the computer
Turn the printer on

If the problem continues
Reinstall the printer software
