    when I choose the printer as offline. it shows- "operation could not bbe completed(error 0x0000000)Access is denied." 

    I use windows vista and it shows with all the printer drivers.


    Best Answer:  uninstall your printer and install it again with the help of software cd
    provided with your printer.
